I’m thinking quite seriously of abandoning AskBoxMemes. It was only ever meant to be a storage place for memes I wanted to do later and didn’t want to wait for them to pop up in my dashboard again, and as a side blog so that if I did come up with another meme that got stupidly popular the notes wouldn’t clutter the dash of my main blog. 

I only ever intended for maybe 50 people, tops, to actually see this stupid thing, but it’s now at 4916 followers. I haven’t done anything particularly new or interesting. Both of the above blogs have been around longer, have better content, and more time and inclination to update their blogs more often.

I really do appreciate the people who have taken the time to submit things to me, but I’m now getting memes that I’ve already posted. I’ve had a couple submitted to me that I originally made. I try not to post the same thing twice, but occasionally there are slip-ups.
